Perhaps you weren’t being truthful when your label said “100% EVOO,” and you were really adulterated with canola oil, or even hazelnut oil. The California Olive Oil Council warned me about your cheating ways!
Could it be that you’re just too old? Fresh olive oil has the most flavor, as well as nutrients like vitamin A (which keep my skin glowing, by the way). The folks at the Cal Olive Oil Council also advised that when I spy you at the supermarket, over 75% of you imported olive oils aren’t even fresh. How could you?
