How to Bake Nutella Layered Pull-Away Bread
Love Nutella? Love Bread? Make this warm, soft and addictive Nutella Layered Pull-Away Bread! Trust me, the presentation itself will WOW your guests and crown you a “Baking Extraordinaire” !
Step 1: Get The Ingredients
You’ll need the usual bread ingredients like flour, yeast, eggs, sugar, butter, milk and definitely lots of Nutella! See here for full Nutella Bread recipe.
Step 2: Prepare Wet & Dry Ingredients
- Melt butter and milk in a saucepan. Then add water and vanilla extract.
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a large mixing bowl.


Step 3: Make Dough & Let it Rest for 1 Hour
Mix wet and dry ingredients to form a dough. Let dough rest and it’ll double in size after 1 hour.


Step 4: Roll out Dough and Spread it with Butter and Nutella
Roll out dough to about 12 inches tall and 21 inches long. Brush with melted butter and then spread as much Nutella on top.


Step 5: Slice and Stack Dough
Slice the dough vertically, into 7 equal strips, 3 inches wide for each strip. Stack the strips and then slice the stack into 6 equal parts.
Step 6: Place each stack in Loaf Pan and Bake
Place each stack in the loaf pan and let it rest for another 30 mins. Bake for about 30 mins at 350 F.
