How to make French Crepes in 3 Easy Steps
In France, there are so many “Creperies” and they only serve crepes. Crepes are so delicious and versatile. They can be the base for a whole meal, from an entree crepe to a dessert crepe. Bring France into your kitchen. Make French Crepes in 3 easy steps!
Step 1: Get Your Ingredients

Step 2: Mix All Ingredients
All all ingredients in a food processor or mixer. Mix well. Pour batter into a container and let a plastic sheet sit gently on top of the batter. Refrigerate batter for 1 hour. Remove plastic sheet and you’ll notice all the foam from the batter sticks to the plastic. Easiest way to remove foam!
Step 3: Cook Crepes!
Heat a non-stick pan. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. When pan is hot, add enough batter to pan and swirl it to thinly coat the surface. Cook each side for about 1 minute.
Easy Chocolate Ganache Drizzle
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of milk in microwave on high heat for 15 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir. If still lumpy, return to microwave for another 15 seconds. Add melted chocolate into a ziploc bag or piping bag. Cut off a very tiny piece at tip of the bag and start drizzling chocolate on your crepes!
