How to make Potato Gnocchi in 5 Easy Steps
Gnocchi, like pasta is a very popular Italian dish. These wonderful dumplings taste good with most sauces like tomato sauce, pesto and even simply with drizzles of olive oil. They are usually available in the frozen sections of specialty stores or together with the dried pasta. It may seem like a tedious and long process to make your own gnocchi. Step 1: Get Your 4 Ingredients
All you need is potatoes, eggs, flour and salt. Click here for Gnocchi recipe.

Step 2: Boil and Grate Cooked Potatoes
Boil potatoes. When cooked, remove skin and put it through a potato ricer. If you don’t have a ricer, you can use a fine grater.

Step 3: Mix All Ingredients
Mix mashed potatoes, flour, eggs and salt in a mixing bowl till it forms into a dough.


Step 4: Divide Dough and Cut into Smaller Pieces
Roll dough into a log. Then divide them into 6-8 pieces. Roll each piece into a snake-like shape and then cut into smaller pieces.
Step 5: Roll Each Piece on a Fork
Take each small piece of dough and roll it on a fork gently to create lines.
