Step 1: Get Your 4 Ingredients

Step 2: Boil and Grate Cooked Potatoes
Boil potatoes. When cooked, remove skin and put it through a potato ricer. If you don’t have a ricer, you can use a fine grater.

Step 3: Mix All Ingredients
Mix mashed potatoes, flour, eggs and salt in a mixing bowl till it forms into a dough.

Step 4: Divide Dough and Cut into Smaller Pieces
Roll dough into a log. Then divide them into 6-8 pieces. Roll each piece into a snake-like shape and then cut into smaller pieces.

Step 5: Roll Each Piece on a Fork
Take each small piece of dough and roll it on a fork gently to create lines.
